Windows ServerのWindows Updateに向けた更新プログラムの調査です。
Windows Server 2019で少々注意が必要な作業になりそう。

（リセットとリカバリの問題）」という箇所に以下の記述があります。

問題の解消のため、8月19日定例外でリリースした更新プログラムが必要になるようです。

Windows Server 2019は定例外でリリースした更新プログラムの適用が必要になりそうです。

2019と違って2022では定例外の更新プログラムのリリースはなさそうです。既知の不具合に記載はありませんでした。

定例外でリリースした更新プログラムです。クライアントOSと違って、Windows ServerではWindows Updateでの適用でなく、Microsoft Update Catalogから手動でダウンロードする必要があるようです。

この他
前月の「更新プログラムの既知の問題」の欄にあった「Microsoft Changjie Input メソッド エディター」はKBページの改善点に挙げられているバージョンのWindows Serverで解消しているようです。（日本語環境に影響はしていないため特に当方では影響は受けていません。）
前述のWindows Server 2019の帯域外（OOB）アップデートで解消する不具合の詳細は、記事現在では英語ページだけの記述となっています。
定例外でリリースした更新プログラムKB5066187は累積的な更新プログラムなので、月例更新プログラムKB5063877の代わりに適用することで、8月の更新プログラムの更新は全て適用可能となっているようです。
既にKB5063877を適用してしまった環境については、必要に応じて適用することにしようと思います。Windows Server 2019で発生しているのでWindows10 LTSC 2019でも同様に更新プログラムの追加適用が発生するという認識をしておいたほうが良さそう、と思ったのですが、なんか影響を受けるプラットフォームの記述が正確ではないような気もします。
